Rules & Instructions

DEADLINES
Reservations require a minimum of 48-hour notice. Reservations will only be processed Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. EST.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Tents, charcoal grilling and open flame fires are prohibited in the Florida State Fair camping areas. Awnings are not allowed when camping during the Florida State Fair only.

RESERVATION ORDER
No specific lot number will be guaranteed to any reservation. Lots are assigned as campers arrive. We reserve the right to rent lot if exhibit is cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will only be provided if cancellation is made in writing and received no later than (2) weeks prior to the check-in date.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
If an email address is provided, a confirmation will be sent to email once the reservation is received.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full at time of reservation.

RV SUPERSHOW AND FLORIDA STATE FAIR
If you are planning to camp at the fairgrounds during RV Supershow or the Annual Florida State Fair, please do NOT fill out this form. Contact kimberley.moritz@floridastatefair.com for the correct form.

Additionally for your convenience, we will use this authorization to charge your credit card account for any additional amounts incurred as a result of show/site orders placed by your representative. The Fair Authority has the right to charge a 3% processing fee.

CAMPGROUND REGULATIONS

1. Only one hook-up is provided per campsite. Any additional hook-ups must be approved by the Fair Authority Camping Office and will be subject to additional fees.

2. Advance reservations are required. Acceptable methods of payment are credit cards or checks. Any checks must be received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event to allow time for processing.

3. All pets will be regulated by the Hillsborough County Leash Law. Failure to comply with this law will result in eviction from the grounds with no refund. All pets must be on a leash whenever on the fairgrounds.

4. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to clean up after their pets.

5. Charcoal grilling and bonfires are prohibited. You may use propane or electric grills only.

6. Only one vehicle is permitted per campsite. Any vehicle blocking a campsite will be towed at the owner's expense.

7. Livestock and equine are not permitted to enter the campground.

8. All livestock trailer parking areas must adhere to the camping regulations.

9. Anyone staying overnight in any type of trailer is subject to the camping fees.

10. Tents and/or awnings are prohibited.

11. No dumping of wastewater on the grounds.

12. You must be a licensed and insured driver to operate any motorized vehicle including golf carts, scooters,4-wheelers, cars and trucks.

13. Check-out time is 10:00am. If you occupy your site after 10:00am, you will be charged for an additional day.

The Florida State Fair Authority takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property. Please keep your vehicles locked at all times.

This application is being submitted to the Florida State Fair Authority for consideration of campground space for the above-listed dates. I understand that payment in full must be submitted with this application and that I cannot reassign or exchange this reservation without approval from the Florida State Fair Authority.
