Marketing Request Form

This form is for internal staff at the Florida State Fairgrounds to request deliverables from the Marketing Department - Sign Shop

Projects should be submitted with an appropriate turnaround time to ensure high-quality work. Requests should be sent a minimum of 2 weeks before in hands deadline.

Requestor's Name*
Email address must be @FloirdaStateFair.com to be accepted. You will receive and email notification after submission.
Ex: "2023 Gate Signs"
Project In-Hands Date or Deadline:*
Turn-around time varies by project. Contact marketing if your request is urgent.

Signage Project

Please enter the department or vendor name.
The Director/Supervisor or Vendor will receive an email confirming this request.
Signage Type:
Select your material type. If you project exceeds our capabilities, we will use our third party preferred vendor - AMI Graphics.
Input should be in Inches or Feet. If you are unsure of size, please list 'unspecified'.
How many copies do you need?
Do you need hemmed and grommeted edges?
Do you need artwork created for this project?
